    All enquiries and complaints received are escalated to the relevant departments for investigation and report back and as a result at least 15 working days are required in order to be able to fully investigate and report back on your complaint.

    We do remind you that any complaints relating to a cruise which could not be resolved during the course of the cruise, must be reported to MSC in writing within 14 days after the date on which the Passengers’ cruise ends so that MSC can assist the passenger with their complaint as soon as possible.
